System Description

Operation Modes:	Single tube-Reversing operation Twin tube – one-way operation
Max. Number of Stations:	2 (two)

Simple gravity principle, in which a carrier only drops down due to its own weight and is transported upwards by means of pressure or suction.

Two-point-connection with slide-station at blower side and open end. The tube at the open end can approach from above, below or horizontally.

Two-point-connection with slide-stations at blower side and the opposite end. Tube is installed between two buildings as an open air line. To prevent condensation, both system ends have to be equipped with fresh-air-connection.

The AC2U provides fully electronic digital technique for the coordination and controls of all functions.

The central control unit is built-in into a standard case with a transport door
Automatic blower switching-off by tube switch or by safety time switching off
Adjustable blower follow up time
Suitable for single- or multi-carrier-operation
All components are grouped neatly
Blower relay for single-phase-blower built-in
Power pack for stabilized voltage built-in
Central deceleration of a carrier by slide gate or three-phase-blower with valve possible. Ideally suited for heavy and sensitive goods and for noise reduction
Operation panel with start button and operation indication
Arrival signals with cancellation key, for the indication of arrived carriers can be connected to each station. A remote visible and/or audible signal can be installed.
